How I Learned That My Brain Affects My Gut
When I was in my 40’s, I was repeatedly having episodes of extreme nausea and vomiting, not being able to hold any food.
The episodes lasted between one and three days.

It happened to Adam, the first man, to Joseph, to Moshe, to Miriam, to King Saul, to Ruth, and to so many in our Tanach (Bible).
It happened, or will happen, to each of us, at some time in our lives.

I open the car door and sit down in the driver’s seat.
I put the key in the ignition.
So far, so good….
I pull out of the driveway and halfway down the block.
I get that feeling in my chest.
I have already forgotten where I am going…. So, I am not sure whether to turn right, left or go straight when I reach the corner.

Getting A Coach
With my driving scenario as an example of my ADHD thinking my solution is to hire a coach.
I think to myself:
Should I hire a general Coach or an ADHD Coach.
I wonder, what would a general coach do with my scenario and what would an ADHD Coach do with it? (more…)

What does that really mean? (more…)

The power of knowing what we want . . .
The power of focus on that one goal . . .
We can learn the power of focus on one idea, unfortunately, by watching the most evil man who ever lived. (more…)
A Life-Lessons Story
Do you ever wonder what happened to the work you were supposed to have done by yesterday?
After all, you found out about it about three whole months ago.
You certainly had enough time. Why didn’t you do it?
I wondered that every time I was panicking to finish something that was late.
